For applicants applying to any CES school (Brigham Young University (BYU), BYU-Hawaii, BYU-Idaho, BYU-Pathway, and Ensign College):

The application below will allow you to apply for a Course Analysis evaluation of your non-U.S.-accredited/international transcripts. Please use this form to ensure the correct evaluation (Course Analysis) is selected. Using this form will also give you a discount on the cost of the evaluation. Once your documents are received and your evaluation is completed, SpanTran will send your evaluation to BYU through our institutional portal at no extra cost.

The discounted cost of the Course Analysis evaluation for CES applicants starts at $140 USD. The standard turnaround time is 5-business days. Rush options are also available.

We recommend you first review this page to learn what documents SpanTran needs from you and how they must be sent to SpanTran. When you pay for and submit this application, you will be given a SpanTran reference number. To help with processing your case, your non-U.S. school/university should include that reference number somewhere on the package/email when they send your documents to us.

Here is what you need to apply for an evaluation

1) A scan of your passport's photo page or other government-issued identification such as a national ID, driver's license, or similar.

2) Translations of your academic transcripts/diplomas (if your original documents were not issued in English). SpanTran can also translate your documents when we get them for an additional cost. Please see the Translation section of this application for more information.

3) Credit/debit card for payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, etc.). We do not accept personal checks or wire transfer (Western Union).
